1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phluv Casino ("phluv," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phluv Casino website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

phluv reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phluv may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

phluv takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source after deducting any amounts already wagered.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each eligible player may register one (1) account only on the phluv Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your phluv account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phluv account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address. You agree to:

• Never share your phluv login credentials with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Notify phluv's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out of your phluv account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

phluv will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your phluv account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in advance.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All financial transactions on the phluv Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). phluv does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your phluv wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet are subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your phluv account details.
• phluv reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day.
• phluv reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of anti-money laundering (AML) checks or identity verification procedures.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

phluv does not accept cash deposits or withdrawals. All funds must be transacted through the approved electronic payment channels listed above.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

phluv Casino offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification and are in good standing with phluv.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn.
• phluv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where reasonably practicable, advance notice will be provided.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false information, will be voided and the associated account closed.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phluv Platform — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, roulette, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

phluv uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained croupiers in real time and streamed via secure video connection. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available for all slot titles in the phluv game library.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, phluv will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state. phluv's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phluv Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the phluv Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the phluv Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phluv staff, support agents, or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the phluv Platform — including but not limited to the phluv brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of phluv Casino or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phluv Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phluv Platform without prior written consent from phluv.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

phluv collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phluv Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phluv implements industry-standard security measures — including SSL/TLS encryption, two-factor authentication, and secure data storage — to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and phluv cannot guarantee absolute security.

phluv will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the phluv service.

10 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phluv's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

phluv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phluv will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the phluv Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact phluv's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
